铝合金脚手架安装使用规范，工程人必看

应至少由两个熟练工作人员搭建塔架，搭建前确保所有部件备全完好。将可调制动脚轮 安装到铝架上，并连接锁好。（图1）

Check all components are on site and functioning well.At least 2 component personnel are needed when erect up alu- minium towers.Insert adjustable casters into frames and lock tightly.

将水平拉管（两条）安装于门架竖管上，如放大视图所示，确保端钩朝外。（图2）

Clip 2 horizontal braces onto the base side of span frames with claws outwards. See magnified view.

水平拉管与另一门架（如第一步已安装好脚轮） 连接好。（图3）

Clip other end of horizontal braces onto another frame. 

两边反方向搭建斜拉管，尽可能靠近，门架竖管上；在第三横档上搭临时开窗踏板，向上两档搭临时护栏水平拉管。（图4）

Clip diagonal brace onto lowest rungs in opposite directions closing to the stand pipe of frames；Place trpdoor platform on the 3rd rung as temporary working deck and then secure horizontal braces on the upper 2 rungs as temporary guardrails.  

如图在门架四角上搭建可调三角斜撑，确保三角斜撑上所有铸铝扣与门架竖管连接牢固。（图5） 

Locate standard adjustable stabilizer fitted at 4 corners of towers and ensure they firmly are clipped frimly to the frames.  

工作人员站在临时踏板上向上搭建门架，确保三角斜撑上所有铸铝扣与门架竖管连接牢固。 （图6） 

Add frames upwards with snap pins fitted at 4 corners of towers and ensure they firmly.

工作人员站在临时踏板上，在门架两侧上反方向搭建斜拉管。(注：因铝架宽度限制，不允许上下两斜拉管端钩同时与踏板放在同一横档上，如图所示）（图7）

Locate next diagonal braces oppositely. Note:Due to the width limit of tower,4claws of up and down diagonal braces can't share the same rung of the trapdoor. 

拆掉临时踏板重新放在底门架第五横档上，拆掉临时护栏水平拉管,放在踏板以上门架

的两横档上，调整斜拉管至适当位置(如图)。（图8）

Reposition the trapdoor platform to the 5th rung also reposition the horizontal braces(temporary guardrail)to the 2 rungs above trapdoor platform.Afterwares, adjust diagonal braces to proper positions

按照6-8安装步骤，继续向上搭建塔架至要求高度。a：在倒数第三横档上搭临时开窗踏板，向上两档搭临时护栏水平拉管；b：工作人员站在临时踏板上搭建护栏架，装好弹簧扣，确保护栏架安装稳固。（图9）

Continue erecting towers with stages  6-8 until required height is reached. a:Place trapdoor platform at the 3rd rung down from the top as temporary guardrail. b:Add guardrail frames up-

wards with snap pins fitted well and ensure they are assembled tightly.

a：工作人员站在临时踏板上搭建水平拉管于两护栏架横档上；b：装开窗踏板。（图10）

a:Clip horizontal braces onto rungs of guardrail frames.  b:place trapdoor platform.

a：拆除临时踏板并搭建于开窗踏板同一横档上；b：拆除临时水平拉管；c：安装踢脚板。（图11）

 a:Reposite the temporary working deck to the same  rung of trapdoor platform.b:Locate 2 diagonal braces in opposite directions.c:Fit toe board inside.
