交底内容:                                                                                                                                                                                                          
1.脚手架搭设人员必须持证上岗。
2.施工人员必须正确佩戴安全帽,系安全带,穿防滑鞋。
3.操作层上施工荷载应符合设计要求,不得超载;不得在脚手架上集中堆放模板、钢筋等物件。                      
     4.严禁在脚手架上拉缆风绳或固定、架设混凝土泵管及起重设备等。

     6.施工期间不得拆除交叉支撑、水平架、连墙件、加固杆件、栏杆,作业需要时,临时拆除交叉支撑或连墙件应经批准,作业完成后及时恢复。
     7.脚手架外侧应有防护措施,以防坠物伤人。沿脚手架外侧严禁任意攀登。
     8.施工中高处作业的安全技术设施,发现有缺陷和隐患时,必须及时解决;危及人身安全时,必须停止作业。
     9.施工作业场所有坠落可能的物件应一律先行拆除或加以固定。所用的物料,均应堆放平稳,不妨碍通行和装卸;工具应随手入工具袋。
     10.拆卸下的余料和废料及时清理运走,不得任意乱置和向下丢弃。传递物件禁止抛掷。
     11、搭设前应严格进行钢管的筛选,凡严重锈蚀、薄壁、严重弯曲裂变、压扁的杆件不宜采用。扣件要使用合格产品,发现有脆裂、变形、滑丝的严禁使用。

交底内容:
    12、所有扣件紧固力矩,应达到45~55N·m。
         13、同一立面的小横杆。应对等交错设置,同时立杆上下对直。
         14、斜杆接长,不宜采用对接扣件。应采用叠交方式,二只回转接长,搭接距离视二扣件距离间隔不少于0.4M。
          15、高层建筑脚手架的杆件,不宜采用铅丝攀拉,必须使用埋件形式的刚性材料。
          16、脚手架搭设和拆除区域应设警戒线,禁止行人、车辆通行,并设专人监护。
          17、及时清理脚手架斜道和运输道路上积存的冰雪。
     18、各通道口必须按照规范设置防滑条或采取相应的防滑措施。
     19、积极采取稳妥可靠的上、下通讯联系措施。
          20、其它未涉及内容严格按安全操作规程操作。
