搭建好的铝合金脚手架拆除要讲要求，比如18米的铝合金脚手架要拆除了，先要做什么，后要做什么。步骤不能错，否则会导致意外事情发生。

⒈拆除铝合金脚手架前，班组成员要明确分工，统一指挥，操作过程中精力要集中，不得东张西望和开玩笑，工具不用时要放入工具袋内。
⒉正确穿戴好个人防护用品，脚应穿软底鞋。拆除挑架等危险部位要挂安全带。
⒊拆除脚手架前，周围应设围栏或警戒标志，在交通要道设专人监护，禁人入内。
⒋严格遵守拆除顺序，由上而下，一步一清，不准上下层同时作业。
⒌拆除铝合金脚手架的大横杆、剪刀撑，应先拆中间扣，再拆两头扣，由中间操作人往下顺杆子，不得往下乱扔。
⒍拆除的脚手架杆、脚手板、钢管、扣件等材料应往入传递或用绳索吊下，不得往下投扔，以免伤人和不必要的损失。
